Phase 1 of works comprised of urgent works to secure and stabilise the property after a significant period of neglect. New accoya windows were installed in 2019. In 2020 a new taditional panne tile roof and period correct lime mortar repointing ensured the property was once again secure and weatherproof whilst planning permission was completed.  In 2021 essential underpinnning was undertaken in the 300 year old section of the house, including excavation of the subfloor and repairs to upper floor timbers to give a sound starting point for phase 2. Demolition of outbuildings was then completed and the property was stripped throughout and the site cleared. Landscaping and drainage work was also completed to the surrounding area. We then took the decision to pause works due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.
